Cash Agad is one of BDO's most unique products yet. With the help of MSMEs such as sari-sari store owners, they have brought their financial services closer to various communities. This makes simple transactions more accessible to Filipinos, while also helping MSMEs earn extra income.
In order to communicate better with the Cash Agad partner agents, BDO created a closed Facebook group. #TeamVCS was tasked with creating the content strategy, crafting the posts, taking charge of community management, and making analytics reports.
The content in this group aims to educate the Cash Agad partner agents, empower them in marketing the service to their communities, and compel them to engage with the brand and their entrepreneurs.
