Families are at the forefront of one’s support system. This is what Production Director Phil Ricafort exactly felt when he worked with VCS.

Phil Ricafort may have only worked with VCS from 2016 to 2017, but within that short span of time, he instantly felt at home with the team. Learning to step up and striving to go beyond his comfort zones are just some of the values he liked working in VCS.

Transcription: “Hey VCS team, I just wanna greet the whole gang a happy 18th birthday and just thinking about 18 years-- my, my. You can't really reach, a company can't really reach 18 years without shedding real blood and sweat. And I just want to congratulate Amrei, TJ, and the whole team for making it this far and even further in the future. Imagine 18 years and stronger than ever. I bet if I was still there and if I didn't move away, I bet I would still be with VCS until now. Well, that's the good thing about VCS. When I joined VCS a few years back, instantly I felt like I was with family. It didn't feel like, well, of course, it was work but it didn't feel like it. Felt like I was with family, with brothers and sisters. That's what I really like about VCS and the culture in the company. For my previous work, my previous, the companies that I joined before had really toxic politics and VCS never had that. VCS just always let its employees focus on improving themselves and even though the company is relatively small, I think that was a good thing. It was a very good thing because that means every employee had to strive more and give more to give that extra mile for the clients and for the whole team. I mean, it meant that you have to step up. It meant that you had to go beyond your comfort zone. If you did one thing for the company doesn't mean your work stops there 'cause you had to step up, you had to step up. To the whole team, again, I just want to greet you happy 18th birthday, happy anniversary! And I just want to thank everyone who are still there that I worked with, especially Amrei and TJ for welcoming me to the VCS family.
